NJ Transit has all kinds of problems. It delays very often. The customer service is horrible. Incredible! When you talk to them, they said it’s natural to have problems. Very cold attitude. Full review by hongheguh

I was dropped off in Newark, nj at 1am with absolutely no options to get home other than take an $80 cab ride. NJ Transit, Newark Police had zero advice other than, good luck, try not to get killed. … Full review by MikeB1001001
