BOSTON, MA – The Boston Celtics announced today their roster for the NBA 2K25 Summer League 2025, which will take place July 10-20 at the Thomas & Mack Center and Cox Pavilion on the campus of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
There's some enticing young talent on display in Las Vegas, and added hope with Damian Lillard still potentially picking the Celtics as his next landing spot.
It took under a minute for Hugo Gonzalez to make his presence felt in the Celtics Summer League roster debut against the Grizzlies on Friday night. The first-round pick crashed hard from the 3-point line on Boston’s first possession of the game,
Baylor Scheierman, Jordan Walsh, Kenneth Lofton Jr, and Myles Norris are all set to return after previous appearances in the summer league. Scheirerman is a player to watch after his rookie season with the Celtics, where he appeared in 31 games and averaged 3.6 points, 2.1 rebounds and 1.1 assists per game.
Boston’s summer league roster is headlined by first-round pick Hugo González, joining other recent picks Jordan Walsh (2023) and Baylor Scheierman (2024) who are looking to crack Boston’s rotation next season.
