There are almost too many Mercedes-AMG GT variants to number, but the most exciting ones - like the AMG GT Pro - all come with a V8. The AMG GT 43, unfortunately, does not. It comes with a turbocharged 2.

Mercedes-Benz's naming conventions could use some work, but we won't fault the engineers in Affalterbach for the mouthful that is the 2025 Mercedes-AMG E 53 Hybrid. After all, a new powertrain that pumps out as many ponies as the previous E 63 S makes up for a lot.

Mercedes-AMG has just announced that, as of this fall, the brand sell you a new four-cylinder variant of the second-generation AMG GT coupe, for a starting price of $107,050. That makes this new entry-level AMG GT 43 more than $30,000 below the base price ...

Unlike the more powerful AMG GT55 and GT63, the new entry-level GT43 coupe forgoes AWD for RWD fun that's less expensive.
