You can add restauranteur to Simone Biles' already impressive list of accomplishments. The Spring, Texas native and her partners are opening a new restaurant at George Bush Intercontinental Airport in north Houston.

Simone Biles is partnering on a restaurant named “Taste of Gold” to open inside the George Bush Intercontinental Airport in her native Houston in early 2025. “Taste of Gold will celebrate Biles’ remarkable global achievements,” according to an airport press release.

Passengers traveling through George Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston, Texas, will soon have the option of dining at a restaurant run by star gymnast Simone Biles. Set to open in 2025, the restaurant will feature specially curated items by a top industry innovator.

Houston’s largest airport, IAH, seems like a solid choice location-wise for Biles’s restaurant. The athlete is naturally on the move for gymnastics competitions, including, most recently, the Paris Olympic Games, where she won three gold medals and one silver.

Simone Biles has partnered with the Playmakers Group on a restaurant at Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston called A Taste of Gold to open in 2025.
