MILWAUKEE (AP) — Milwaukee Bucks guard Damian Lillard has left Game 4 of an Eastern Conference first-round playoff series with the Indiana Pacers after hurting his lower left leg the first quarter. Lillard was helped off the floor and into the locker room after suffering the non-contact injury. The Bucks announced he won’t return to the game.

Damian Lillard left Game 4 of the Pacers vs. Bucks playoff series midway through the first quarter after suffering an apparent right leg injury.

Lillard sustained a non-contact injury early in the first quarter of Game 4 as the Bucks took on the Indiana Pacers in the first round. NBA insider Chris Haynes reported that the Bucks fear Lillard sustained an Achilles injury.
