An accused drug dealer has been arrested in the killings of two confidential police informants whose bodies were stashed in trash bags and dumped in a northeastern Indiana river.

Volunteers were cleaning up the river Friday afternoon on the edge of downtown Fort Wayne when they found the remains in the water near Guldlin Park. The coroner determined Dixon died by strangulation and suffocation, while Johnson died from a gunshot wound and stab wound.
