The WNBA's Portland expansion franchise is still without an official name, and now it is also without a team president. Inky Son left the organization this week in a stunning shake-up with less than a year to go until the team's inaugural season in 2026.

The WNBA's Portland franchise reportedly fired it's first employee, president Inky Son, Thursday after hiring her on April 1, citing "growing pains."

Inky Son, president of the expansion WNBA team in Portland, is leaving the organization after less than three months on the job.
