South Dakota Governor Larry Rhoden will address a joint session of the state legislature Tuesday (Jan. 28, 2025). The address will begin at 1:30pm CT (12:30pm MT) in the House of Representatives. In his comments, Rhoden will announce his plans to keep South Dakota “strong, safe and free.”
