Season 3 of “Tracker” premieres on CBS on Sunday, October 19, but some stars aren’t returning for the next chapter. Eric Graise (Bobby Exley) and Abby McEnany (Velma Bruin) both left the action drama series after season 2, TVLine confirmed in July. The exits came after Graise was absent from six episodes last season.
