PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Pittsburgh will honor those who have served with its annual Veterans Day Parade on Monday. The parade, which is one of America's longest-running since 1919, is set to begin at 10:30 a.m. on Liberty Avenue. The parade marches to the reviewing stage at Fifth and Liberty avenues before ending at Commonwealth Place.
Here’s what’s closed in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County on Veterans Day
Pittsburgh Regional Transit’s administrative offices and Downtown Service Center will be closed on Veterans Day. Buses will operate regular weekday service, but several routes will be detoured for the parade.
