A fragile ceasefire between India and Pakistan appears to be holding, despite violation allegations. US President Trump has praised both countries and said trade would be ramped up with the neighboing states.

Indian armed forces are responding to ceasefire violations by Pakistan hours after the truce was reached on Saturday, Indian Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri said.
