Phoenix Suns forward Kevin Durant reportedly sees the Houston Rockets and San Antonio Spurs as "appealing" landing spots as trade rumors continue to swirl.

Durant's preferred landing spots for a trade are the Miami Heat, the San Antonio Spurs and the Houston Rockets.

Durant has been rumored to be available ever since the trade deadline, and after the Suns went 36-46 and missed the playoffs, and it seems like a foregone conclusion that he is on the move.

Given that context, it's hard to call the Rockets '24/25 season anything but a huge success for the franchise. Houston won 52 games, its highest single-season total since the James Harden years, and held the No. 2 seed in a competitive Western Conference for much of the season, including from March 19 onward.

Early Saturday, news broke that the Rockets and Steven Adams had agreed on a three year, $39 million extension.

The Rockets lock up the soon to be 32 year old center to form one of the top big man rotations in the NBA.
