The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has uploaded 86.55% of the results from the Edo governorship election, totaling 3,911 out of 4,519 to the INEC IReV portal. As at 6:22 pm, the results were already uploaded for Nigerians to view at their comfort.

It has been discovered that INEC is yet to upload all the Edo state governorship election results on its IReV portal 24 hours after declaring the winner of the poll.

The Centre for Democracy and Development (CDD-West Africa) says there is a need to review the results of the Edo state gubernatorial election uploaded to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) viewing portal (IReV) against what was announced after the poll.
