Glendale Police Chief Chris Briggs is set to retire at the end of February and he reflected on his 32-year career.

After more than 30 years serving the community, Glendale Police Chief Chris Briggs has announced his retirement.

The longtime lawman started at the department in 1992 and was previously a patrol officer, a criminal investigator and served in special operations.

After more than 32 years of service, Glendale's chief of police is set to retire.
