After Quinn Ewers was offered millions to transfer from Texas football, one former Longhorns quarterback thinks that he'll do just that. Chris Simms hopped on the Dan Patrick Show and explained where he thinks the quarterback will end up.

Ewers eventually committed to Texas as a recruit, but flipped to Ohio State and reclassified, joining the program for the 2021 season. However, after arriving late and being buried on the depth chart behind CJ Stroud and Kyle McCord, he ended up transferring to Texas.

The starting quarterback reflected on his opportunity to continue playing football while others have already finished out their season.

Texas survived disaster. After building a 24-8 lead, the Longhorns allowed 16 unanswered points. After the Texas defense allowed a touchdown and two-point conversion, starting quarterback Quinn Ewers hurled a post route into double coverage. Arizona State intercepted the pass and drove downfield to tie the game.
