Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni are set to appear in court in March 2026 and bring the It Ends With Us chapter to a close. What started as cast drama during the filming and promotion of the movie quickly turned into a legal battle between the actress and director,

Baldoni had claimed Lively used her “celebrity status” to control the deposition and requested it be held “at a location of her choosing."

In June, Judge Lewis J. Liman of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York dismissed Baldoni's $400 million countersuit against Lively and her husband Ryan Reynolds, the couple's publicist Leslie Sloane, and Sloane's public relations company Vision PR for alleged extortion and defamation.
