After struggling through multiple injuries in 2024, running back Christian McCaffrey is healthy as the 49ers complete their offseason program this week.

Last season, McCaffrey carried the football just 50 times for 202 yards and no touchdowns, while catching 15 passes for 146 yards in four games. Back in 2023, he racked up 1,459 yards and 14 touchdowns on 272 carries to go along with 67 receptions for 564 yards and seven more scores.

Christian McCaffrey had a rough 2024 season. But so far, so good in the 2025 offseason for the San Francisco 49ers' star running back. McCaffrey missed time last fall due to Achilles tendonitis and then followed that up with a right PCL injury.
