The Bucks County Commissioners joined District Attorney Jenn Schorn on Friday to announce legal action against BPMs.

The county joins municipalities across the country suing Eli Lilly, CVS Caremark, and others for sky-high prices.

The retailer shut down two other stores in Raleigh and Durham earlier this year. Now, we know when two more will close.
