The 19-year-old University of Utah student is currently being held at a detention center in Colorado after she was detained by immigration agents while traveling last week.

Maxwell is supportive of looking into an idea that potentially could help the Great Salt Lake deal with the water crisis by introducing a new way for untaxed entities to voluntarily contribute.
