One person was fatally shot at a Northwest Austin apartment complex after he fired his gun at police officers.

A man died in the hospital after being shot Saturday morning, according to Roanoke Police. Just before 3 a.m., RPD was called about a man with a gunshot wound being dropped off at the hospital by a private vehicle.
