At least two airstrikes hit a western neighborhood of Damascus and one of the capital’s suburbs on Thursday, killing at least 15 people, state television reported. Israel says it attacked infrastructure sites and command centers belonging to the Palestinian Islamic Jihad in Syria.

An AP journalist at the scene in Mazzeh said a five-story building was damaged by a missile that hit the basement.
