A 28-year-old man was arrested after allegedly shooting into an occupied apartment in southeast Portland on Saturday morning, according to a PPB spokesperson.

A man was shot and killed after resisting arrest and running from officers following a confrontation Friday night, according to the Gresham Police Department.

Police said Interstate 5 is closed in both directions between Alberta and Failing in north Portland on Saturday night.
