The “Star Wars” streaming series “Andor” doesn't concern itself with super villains. The show, which drops its next three episodes Tuesday, prefers to explore the lives and motivations of the low-level bureaucrats and functionaries who make tyranny possible.

Andor has never been a show about flashy cameos or Star Wars fan service in a galaxy far, far away. Even so, a familiar face showed up in Andor season 2, episode 6 – but he was portrayed by a different actor due to scheduling conflicts.
