My specs are: PC: Alienware m18x r2. OS: Windows 10 Home. CPU: Ivy Bridge Intel i7 3630QM. RAM: 12GB Dual Channel DDR3.

Apr 10, 2019 · Without unlocking the vbios and being able to fully utilize the "Core Clock" slider, I got a 10% improvement in TOTAL score from baseline. That with the GPU being under 70°C. After unlocking the vbios and able to increase "Core Clock", I got an 18% increase in TOTAL improvement from baseline. That with the GPU at ~81°C.

Aug 13, 2012 · The solution to this problem is really easy. Go to Drivers en downloads | Dell [Nederland] and download the .exe file. Use winrar to extract this file, you will have a file named like this QBR00EC.fd, rename it to M17R4.hdr. Now format an USB stick to fat/fat 32, and ONLY put this file on it.

Mine is the 3D version and as far as I'm aware, you need a screen in eDP mode (120Hz 3D model) for it to work (confirmed) on top of UEFI support to boot up. Jun 27, 2020 · I've revived my old AW M17x R4 with a new GTX 980M but I've been having issues to install the latest drivers. I've tried some of the modded files and following the instructions to mod my own driver, but without success. The only driver I was able to install is an old 419.x and that has been causing issues with BSOD on shutdown.
