I did not have that option. I unstalled all 3 patches like you told me and restored a backup quicken file...entered my password for the file.....and it gave me a blank screen that asked me 1. Nov 22, 2023 · Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password (this screen is not a pop-up box) Keep in mind that the sign-in pop-up dialog may continuously keep popping back up throughout this process, in which case you will need to continue closing it each time it pops up until you reach the full sign-in screen. That is why it was been repeated many times that anything from Quicken 2014 to 2017 has to be on the latest patch release or else it will try with the Intuit Id instead of the Quicken Id (in truth some were switched before the very last version, but you might as well have the latest).

Turbo tax is the one that refuses to recognize my password, makes me do 2FA, change my password before using TT. This happened when I was using web based and still happens now that I switched to PC software version. Support has no clue how to fix the issue.
