Aug 9, 2003 · I use a multi-sensory approach, my own original songs for teaching math algorithms (subtraction with regrouping, 1-2 digit multiplication & long division), visual and rhyming math fact tricks, manipulatives, visual cues and lots of real-world examples. I give extra time and use no timed activities. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
